Exporting products from Horoshop to marketplaces: how to set up price lists and feeds
Horoshop can send your catalog to Rozetka, Prom.ua and other platforms through automatic price lists – set it up once and forget about it. We explain how it works, what the nuances of category mapping are, and how to control WHAT gets exported and at WHAT PRICE.

How the export works
01
The platform generates a price list
In the Horoshop admin panel you create an export in the format of the required platform (XML for Rozetka, Prom.ua, etc.) with names, photos, prices, availability and specifications.
02
The platform reads it via a link
The marketplace gets a link to the price list and pulls updates on a schedule by itself. Change a price on the website – within hours it is updated there too.
03
Category mapping
Your categories are matched to the platform's category tree. This is the most critical step: correct mapping determines whether marketplace shoppers will find the product.
Fine-tuning
Control: what, where and at what price
Selective assortment. You decide what goes into the price list: you keep exclusives for yourself and leave out of the export low-margin products whose profit the commission eats up entirely.
Separate prices for platforms. The marketplace price can differ from the website price (for example, +commission) – the platform calculates it with rules, without manual recalculation.
Real-time stock. A product runs out – it disappears from the price list; it is back in stock – it returns. This protects you from selling "thin air" and from platform penalties for cancellations.
Specifications that meet platform requirements. Rozetka is strict about filled-in attributes: the more complete the specifications on the website, the better the product looks and ranks on the marketplace.
A typical mistake is "upload and forget" in the bad sense: the price list is set up, the mapping is done carelessly, and half of the products sit in the wrong categories, where nobody looks for them. A one-time quality setup pays off every day.
