The most common mistakes when launching a store
Most of the problems stores bring to us a year later are built in during the first weeks. Here are the ones that happen most often – and that cost more to fix later than to get right from the start.

Mistakes that cost a lot
A structure "copied from the price list". The categories are copied from the supplier's file. The supplier groups products by warehouse logic, and the buyer searches by a different one.
No analytics, or broken analytics. The store runs for months, and decisions are made "by gut feeling" because conversions are not tracked.
The domain and access are held by the contractor. While the cooperation lasts, there are no problems. When it ends, an unpleasant exchange of e-mails begins.
The whole budget goes into the site. The store looks great, works flawlessly and has no visitors. Promotion is part of the same budget and belongs to the launch itself.
Copied descriptions. The pages rank poorly because they add nothing new, and in some niches there is a risk of legal claims.
Launching without a test order. The form does not submit, the payment does not go through – and you find out from a customer asking "I paid, so what happens next?".

What to do instead
🗂
Structure before content
Design the catalog around buyers' search queries, and only then upload the products.
📊
Analytics before launch
Set it up and check it with a test order while the site is not live yet.
🔑
Keep access in your hands
The domain, the ad account, analytics – all on your own accounts.
💰
Money for traffic
Set aside part of the budget for promotion so development does not use up all of it.
Avoiding any of these mistakes takes no big budget – only the right order of steps.
