Acquirer commissions are comparable and change from time to time – check the current terms on the providers' websites. Choose by convenience for YOUR shoppers as well as by tenths of a percent: mono installments or the recognizability of LiqPay often bring more than savings on commission.
What affects conversion
Rules for a checkout that doesn't lose orders
Apple Pay / Google Pay are a must. Paying in two taps without entering a card is what mobile shoppers expect as standard, and 70%+ of your shoppers are on mobile.
Installments for mid-range and higher orders. mono or PrivatBank installments remove the price barrier – for furniture, electronics and branded goods this is a direct sales boost.
Keep cash on delivery too. Part of Ukraine pays on receipt as a matter of principle – it is too early to remove this option. Make prepayment the better deal, though (free delivery) – this lowers the share of unclaimed parcels.
Payment right on the page instead of "a manager will send you the payment details". Every pause between "I want to buy" and "I've paid" is a window through which the order slips away.
Automatic fiscal receipt. Acquiring combined with a software cash register (PRRO) covers both the law and trust: the shopper receives the receipt by e-mail right away.
