How to sell on Rozetka and your own website at the same time: feeds, prices, stock
Two sales channels are great until the trouble starts: an item that is already out of stock gets sold on Rozetka, prices drift apart, and the manager gets lost between two dashboards. Here is how to set up parallel sales so they run on their own, with no manual juggling.

Architecture
The website leads, the marketplace receives the feed
01
One source catalog
Products, prices and stock are managed in one place – the website admin panel. This is the "source of truth": change something here and it changes everywhere.
02
Automatic feed to Rozetka
The website platform generates an export in the marketplace format and updates it on a schedule. Add a product to the website and it goes to Rozetka by itself.
03
Synchronized stock
Sell the last unit on the website and the feed removes it from the marketplace, and vice versa. That ends the era of "sorry, this item is out of stock" and negative reviews over cancellations.
Rules of coexistence
How to make the channels help each other
A deliberate pricing policy. Keeping the website price slightly lower or adding a bonus (free shipping, a gift) is a legitimate way to teach buyers to purchase directly. The key is to stay within the marketplace pricing rules.
A strategic assortment. Best-selling "locomotives" go everywhere; exclusives, new arrivals and high-margin items can stay on the website only – one more reason to come to you directly.
Orders in one window. Orders from both channels should land in one system (a CRM or the website admin panel) – otherwise the manager lives in two tabs and loses every tenth order.
Analytics by channel. Calculate the margin of each channel separately, including commissions. It often turns out that the "big turnover" of the marketplace brings in less money than the more modest sales of the website.
The long game
The marketplace builds the customer base – the website monetizes it
Every marketplace order is the contact of a person who has already trusted you. A parcel insert with a promo code for the website, branded packaging, a newsletter subscription – and they make their second purchase with no commission. After a year of this work, your own channel naturally becomes the main one, with no sudden moves and no loss of turnover.
