Why a product page should show delivery times

The buyer's second question after the price is "when will I get it and how much does delivery cost". If the answer is on another page, some people never go looking for it.

Why it matters

What the delivery block solves

It removes uncertainty. The buyer sees the full cost of the purchase right away instead of at the last step of checkout.
It reduces abandoned carts. An unexpected delivery cost on the final screen is a classic reason for dropping out.
It takes load off managers. Half of chat inquiries are delivery questions that already have an answer.

What to show

The minimum set

💰

Cost

A specific amount or "free from UAH X". Avoid "at the carrier's rates".

"1–2 days" or "ships today if ordered before 15:00".

Methods

The main delivery services, plus in-store pickup if available.

What improves it even more

Estimates for the buyer's city. If the platform can detect the region, show delivery times for that region.
A shipping deadline. "Order within 2 hours and we ship today" really speeds up the decision.
Availability at the pickup point. For stores with physical locations, this is a strong argument.
Are buyers abandoning their carts at the delivery step?

We will review your checkout analytics and set up the delivery information so there are no surprises.
